Important Policies for Online Appointments

  1. Once you book an appointment you are 100% responsible for keeping it.
  2. Payment is expected on the day of service by cash, check or credit card

    (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).  

    Traveller's checks or money orders are NOT accepted by my office.

  3. "No shows" (failure to keep your appointment without a phone call to cancel/ reschedule) will be charged for the appointment time or will forfeit their gift certificate  (exceptions are emergencies, bad weather or illness - please call as early as possible to reschedule).

  4. To cancel or change your appointment -- please call Mary at 970-204-1794 at least 24 hours in advance so that time slot can be available for someone else.
  5. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours in advance via text message (if you can receive texts) or email from SnapAppointments© .
  6. New Clients - please review the information on this website for the specific service you have selected. Call me at 970-204-1794 or email if you have any questions. If you have a serious illness, chronic health condition, chrionic pain or are recovering from an illness or recent surgery I appreciate a call or email before your appointment to notify me of your condition. This will help me serve you better.
    Since first appointments are longer, please add 20-30 minutes total extra time to your session.
